Many of the data points collected include PII as well as, postal and email addresses, mobile and landline phone numbers, IP addresses, MAIDs, social handles, and additional contextual data, to connect a single individual across multiple devices and channels. The outcome is an accurate, complete, 360-degree view of each customer allowing our clients to communicate effectively.

Our data and technology services are used to improve the operations of our call center clients. With the best phone number data available, we create solutions for both outbound and inbound calls.  For outbound calls, we create audience segments based on demographics, providing compliant phone numbers for each campaign.  For inbound calls, we integrate into most call center platforms, whether cloud based or in-house, to enable the look up of inbound callers, apply demographics along with other business rules, to provide skills based routing to the right agent at the right time.

Digital Segment has been collaborating with other data companies since our inception over a decade ago.  All of our data and services are available for resale and ‘white-labeling’ behind your brand.  We build API’s for you or your clients’ consumption and even offer database licensing directly for installation at your business.
